I Ching, book of changes assists with simple yes or no questions.
Learn how to use the I Ching in less than 5 minutes. The ancient text, known as I Ching gives you insight into your future. The divination system is complex but it will answer yes or no questions quickly.
The I Ching reading is based on a series of 6 lines that either have a yin or yang quality. The Lower trigrams are lines 1, 2 and 3. The Higher trigrams are lines 4, 5 and 6.

_ _ Yin is represented by a broken line.
A typical answer from the I Ching will have six lines. The first toss of the coin will give you a yin or yang line that is placed on the bottom of the hexagram. Continue until you have tossed the coin 6 times. The traditional I Ching will require you refer to the book of I Ching. For a simple yes or no answer follow the procedure outlined.
1. You need 1 coin. The coin may be American, Chinese, just as long as it is two sided. Identify the head and tail sides. For this illustration we will use American coins. The president’s face is heads and the flip side is tails.
2. Clear your mind and do a couple of cleansing breaths. Think of a simple question that requires a yes or no answer. Be as specific as possible. A good question--" Will I receive a raise of $25.00 on June 25, 2007 at my job at Company X?" A bad question--" Will I receive a raise?" Chances with this question, is you will receive a yes answer. In your lifetime you will most likely receive a raise or two.
3. The head side of the coin is called yang and represents a yes answer. The tail side of the coin is called yin and represents a no answer.
4. Place a coin in your hand and ask the question. You may ask out loud or silently. When you feel the time is right toss the coin in the air. Heads is yes and tails is no.
5. The I Ching is an aid to help in your decision making and to predict a little of your future. Please use it only as a guide.
6. Alternative to the Coins: 16 sticks
Have 16 identical sticks in size and weight. Mark 8 of the sticks with a distinguishing mark. Place in a dark bag. Ask your question and pull out one stick. Yes are the unmarked sticks and No is the mark sticks.
